Cusgarne Manor Dog Policy

We love dogs and they are welcome in the following properties: Manor Cottage, Middle Barn and Lowenna.

A booking fee of £25 per dog is required with the booking.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed per property.

Dog-friendly properties all have secure gardens enclosed by a fence (1 m minimum height).

There is a 13-acre nature reserve with cut paths which guests are welcome to use to exercise dogs off the lead.

We provide a water bowl, dog blankets, poo bags and some treats, so you just need to bring dog beds and food bowls.

We ask our guests to please:

• keep your dog on a lead near to the accommodation as there are sometimes other dogs here

• keep your dogs away from our sheep, horses and goats

• be aware there is a lake in the nature reserve

• do not let your dogs chase the wildlife: ducks, deer, badgers, rabbits

• avoid dogs using furniture or going in bedrooms but if they do, always use the dog blankets

• do not allow dogs inside the bed

• never leave your dog unaccompanied in the property

• have respect for your neighbours and put your dog indoors if they are barking too much

• clear up after your dog every day so that lawns can be mowed, and place poo bags in the dog bin provided (we will empty it after your stay)

In the rare event of a dog causing damage to the property or indelible stains to sheets, carpets and soft furnishings, the cost of repair or replacement will be communicated to the guest and charged through the booking system.
