Tom’s Folly is a brand-new little upside-down house in the courtyard at Cusgarne Manor. It’s finished to the same high standard as our other properties and has a unique modern feel. It is insulated with eco-friendly lambswool.

The upstairs kitchen/dining/living area is perfect for two and has a 43” QLED TV. It has countryside views and you can watch the horses being exercised. Downstairs is the cosy bedroom with king-size bed, hanging and storage space, and en-suite shower room. Dogs are welcome at Tom’s Folly subject to our Dog Policy but please note there is no enclosed garden. Guests can also relax and enjoy the sunshine in the communal courtyard outside.
