“Cusgarne Manor is just oozing quality and style.
The quality was in everything from the bedding and towels to a lovely selection on the complimentary tea tray. Beautiful decor throughout the building and wonderful breakfast too!”

Bed & Breakfast

Simmons Room

Sleeps up to two guests in a king room

This cosy king room is a tranquil retreat, designed with soothing greens and blues, complemented by painted vintage furniture and a touch of mid-20th-century charm. Like the Bailey Suite, it’s a bright and inviting morning room.

The spacious en-suite is a luxurious highlight, larger than the bedroom itself. It features a stunning free-standing, double-ended bath where you can relax and enjoy picturesque valley views. With double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower, the en-suite offers both comfort and elegance for the ultimate relaxing experience. View photo gallery.

  • "Whilst the interior rightly has to retain its original character you won't lack for modern facilities. We stayed in the Simmons Room which is compact but everything one needs for a B&B. The bathroom is something else. If you want modern living the converted cottages are beautiful. Kirsty's breakfast included the locally sourced and homemade items that one always hopes for. Location wise both the north and south coast are readily accessible including the wonderful Trebah Gardens and lots of decent eateries within reasonable distance. If you want to unwind in a peaceful surrounding you'd be pushed to do better than stay at Cusgarne."

  • “What a lovely place to sit outside in the gardens with a glass of wine. A character property in the countryside but convenient to Falmouth. Appreciated the fluffy towels. Breakfast was divine!”

  • “An ideal spot to explore both the North and South coast but also a perfect hideout away from the usual tourist traps and busy spots, amongst lush green pastures and beautiful horses.”
